Phrendo

Phrendo is a unique and dynamic online training network for athletes living with diabetes. Members create personal profiles, host events, and swap health management strategies with others who share their recreational interests…and life challenges.

Unlike other social networks, Phrendo is specifically designed to serve people with targeted recreational interests. The network is exclusive to people with diabetes, working together to improve their individual and collective health.

Phrendo serves the members of each of Insulindependence's clubs.
